These are good quality pens when you are trying to buy volume for conventions, conferences, etc.
This was out seventh order. The Customer Service staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and as polite as they can be. Our pens always arrive in a timely manner and are perfectly packaged. The pens are well made, and our customers love them.

When I was worried because my previous order wasn't enough pens for my upcoming event. I was able to request, confirm a proof and receive it in less then 3/4 days! It was incredible. I placed our first order through Pens Xpress and was thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Not only did they help when I had made a spelling error, they included some bonus items for us to try, and the quality of the pens is great. Our church handed them out during our missions conference and everyone loved them. We will be using this company again.
The order was easy and arrived in the time allotted, but when I received the pens, I was so disappointed with the quality that I didn't want to give them out. As I put them out, a few popped loose immediately. I can only imagine what happened once people started writing with them. They do not represent my brand well at all, so I will select another pen for my business advertising needs.

Hi everyone! I just want to say how happy and excited I am with my new pens from Pens Express. I give these pens to clients who come to my classes as an advertising tool. This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Pens Express and they don’t disappoint. The pens write well and do not skip. The colors on the outside are vibrant and bright! I also have my business name and phone number inscribed on the pens as a way for clients to pass my information on to others or if they have questions about my classes and need a quick reference.
Funny that both colors ordered came in one box mixed together and no plastic sheaths this time. Some extra parts and unassembled pens in the mix. Overall, we still love our pens. Just a different presentation than usual.

The pens look very nice. They write well. Although I didn't expect it, they arrived the day before Easter, so they were ready for church the next day! Several people remarked how nice they were.
